Received my package and it is simply beautiful! However the feathers are damaged on the left end and slightly on the right. Needed it for an event on November 30 but never got a response about a replacement.

As soon as I received the “Old Sport-gray” bow tie in the mail I noticed that the feathers were damaged (I’m assuming it got damaged during packaging since the feathers were sticking out of the wooden box). I called Jack & Miles’ costumer service right away and they were very apologetic and informed me they would be expediting another one to me. The second one arrived within 2 days as promised and it was in perfect condition. The bow tie is absolutely beautiful and it was a bit hit at the wedding I was attending. One very happy costumer here!
