The one bow tie (ordered two) that arrived is beautiful and looks to be of good quality. The customer service experience has been dreadful. The order shipped in four different phases and 3.5 weeks after the original order date we still don't have the missing bow tie for today's event. The representatives have been slow to respond and have never actually addressed any concerns presented. They offer vague apologies and even more vague excuses for the delay. No solutions have been offered, no timelines for when we might have expected the remaining item to arrive. Can't say that I'd recommend.

I luv this bow tie it's as advertised, the lapel feather is tiny than I hope for. I guess that's the luck of the draw situation. I am pleased with overall service from order to shipment, 5 stars .
My son just bought his first tuxedo and I just had to get him one of these bow ties for his next formal event. He loved this Christmas present and I know he will look like a sharp dressed man with this accessory!
The construction is great and looks very nice. Feathers look well assembled. The only kmprovement i see is if they could make the clip easier to put on when putting on the bow tie. A hook on the one side would help
My order was placed on December 7 with a notice that shipping would take 4-7 days. The order confirmation email stated that 7-9 days should be allowed for and that it may take "a little longer” due to holiday shipping traffic, fully understandable. What I do not understand is why my in-stock item was not even shipped until 8 days after my order was placed. The result was I was unable to wear this item to an event that was my purpose for purchasing it, when my ordering timeline allowed more than enough time for expected delays. My December 7 order was finally delivered on December 22, after the event in question had already taken place. If my item had shipped in a timely manner there was no doubt I could have worn it for the purpose intended. I would have given this process one star, but the item delivered was very nice, although arriving too late.
Very unhappy with the way the tie clasps. My eyes aren't as good as they once were and I was unable to clip the tie in place. Sadly, it's of no use to me.

Hey Jeff! These clip with a secure clasp and a fabric silk hook but work best with an extra set of hand to help. If you would not like to keep it please let us know and we will email return label!
Love the look and idea of the tie, however, it was covered with a clear glue. I did not have time to return and order new as the black tie event is this Saturday in a different state than I live. So the travel made it impossible to reorder.

Poor quality and TERRIBLE customer service! I have not received a response to any emails and their voicemail box is full. Having to dispute the charges. Such a pain.
Received this Lovely Bow Tie for my son’s Senior Prom. I paid for fast shipping after reading reviews about how long it takes to receive. As I was putting it on him, it broke in my hand. Ribbon was frayed and gave way. I reached out the following day (now a week+) to ask how to exchange. Exchange, not even return.
One week later, and TWO requests from Jack & Miles for my review yet ZERO replies to my inquiry on how to ship back and exchange for a non broken product.
It’s a shame as I had planned on ordering several more for an event.
