Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed by November 15  through December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.

Restocking Fee: For returns involving more than two ties, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the cost of each additional tie after the second. This helps cover processing and handling costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy!

Blue and Bright Tie Set

I ordered this tie, pocket square and cuff links set hoping it would be a fast process i ordered it over 12 days ago and have received no response on whether it is shipped or ready to be shipped. I am being very stern about this as it does say 5-9 days and i need this set to be here before the 20th of july, which is this month. I have also emailed your support team home to get a response on what the process had been like and heard nothing back. This was only 3 days ago. I apologize for being so agitated and pressurizing but this set is for an extremely important event and i would appreciate it, if it could be sent to me as soon as possible. As it will take time to come because of distance. If i will not receive it in time as i am from ireland. I would like a full refund so i can go about finding somewhere else to purchase a tie in the same style. Thank you

The tie was fine with what I ordered. However, it completely missed the event I intended to wear it at as my order took over two weeks just to mail. What happened to the 5-9 days for order? I waited over 15 days just for a notification that it finally shipped. If I had more time I would have asked for a refund but after the event I completely forgot about the order.

Store owner replied: Hey Logan, We are so sorry about this! These were mislabled at our warehouse and gap in communication was due to changing systems. We are making improvements! We would be happy to send the correct items or process a refund if its too late.

i did not receive the 2nd tie, the cufflinks or the tie square. Despite repeated emails, this company has not reached out to me to re-send the material i bought or talked to me about returning the one tie i did receive. I am proceeding to dispute the charges.
