Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed by November 15  through December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.

Restocking Fee: For returns involving more than two ties, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the cost of each additional tie after the second. This helps cover processing and handling costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy!

Beautiful!! The tie background is not stark white. I would describe it as a pale, pale, pink. My son is wearing a white shirt under it with his grey suit. There is stark white in the flower design on the tie though. The bout is so tastefully made. The flowers in the bout don’t look cheap at all. Wonderful set. Thanks Jack and Miles.

Horrible experience. I purchased this tie for a wedding. The website said 5-7 days, so ordering it two weeks in advance I thought I was good. Two months later after several emails I received it. Customer service doesn’t exist. No phone number, just email and it took a month for them to reply. Wasted $46 for a tie I didn’t even wear. Two thumbs down. Go somewhere else.
