The bowties came in when they said they would. However, the 3 stars is for a couple of things. I never got a notification that the items shipped nor did the tracking number work, and never was notified that they had arrived. I live in an area where porch pirating isn't uncommon so that made me really uneasy. But they are here.
The other reason is the ties/pins came in decent shape but had obviously shifted during transit and some of the feathers were a little beat up. Enough that i could fix them a bit though.
Other than they they look great and i can't wait to see them at my wedding
