The bow tie did not look like the ones on your website. I was so excited to have a judges gift very different from any K have seen given & your representative was so kind and helpful.. Over a year ago I had purchased a feather bow tie for my partner. It was stolen from the house during a break in before he even got to wear it. We both forgot about it for a while and I just purchased this one for an upcoming date night. Ok- we bought this tie for prom. My son’s date has a coral/orange dress that looked to be the exact same color. However when we got the tie, the orange/coral color is really brown. I understand feathers can vary in color, but what I received doesn’t look like the picture. See below the actual shade. I then sent an email to see if I could return the tie or exchange it for a brighter option. No one responded to my email. Disappointed-
