Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed in November and December can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.
Restocking Fee: For returns involving more than two ties, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the cost of each additional tie after the second. This helps cover processing and handling costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy!
