- Foam sizing strips — one in every hat, so guests can dial in the fit themselves.
- Setup guide — everything you need to run the hat bar, including the sizing breakdown and branding instructions.
Volume pricing
- 12 hats — $65 each
- 25 hats — $59 each (branding iron included)

Sizing
Every kit ships in two sizes with a foam sizing strip in each hat, so guests can adjust the fit down to their head at the bar.
- Standard — 7⅛ (22.4"), fits roughly 21.5"–22.5"
- Large — 7⅜ (23.2"), fits roughly 22.4"–23.4"
Kits ship as a 50/50 split between Standard and Large by default. This can be adjusted — just tell us your preferred split when you order and we'll build the kit to match. Need an XL for a few guests? Ask and we'll add them.
Production time
Please allow 2 weeks for production. Custom lining and branding irons are made to order. Working on a tighter timeline? Email us before you order and we'll tell you what's possible.

Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed by November 15 through December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.
Restocking Fee: For returns involving more than two ties, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the cost of each additional tie after the second. This helps cover processing and handling costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy!
