While I love the bowtie, the clasp is terrible. In fact, I have bought several of your bowties, and I am not looking for a tailor or seamstress to put new clasps on all of the bowties I have purchased from you. Great bowties! But please add a better clasp.

Beautiful piece of workmanship
The bow tie is a beautiful piece of work. I order this for my sons graduation. I like it so much I will be getting another for my husband
I would have loved it if I had been able to adjust it to my neck size. I had the most difficult time trying to get it fastened and secured. I finally gave up because I was running late and wore another tie.
The box is cheap and when opened everything fell out attached to the backing. No card additional packaging, thankyou or anything. The actual tie itself and the additional piece all look too big and slightly out of proportion, the feathers don't look good quality, and several were already out of place when I opened the box. Every other high-end menswear purchase I have made was a better experience.
The tie is beautiful, but there isn’t a hook to attach the ends together. When using what was included, the extra length showed on my tux shirt. Therefore, I was not able to wear it to the gala.
No customer serviced. Called and emailed three times to figure out how to keep the length tied. There are no notches or a hook. I had to wear another tie at the EMMYs instead. I won 3 BTW. It would have been nice to have worn the new tie. By the time I got back from La Jolla the two week return period had expired. So now I am stuck with it. It would be nice if someone responded and refunded my money. Your voicemail is full and won't take customer calls.
The quality of the bow tie is not the same as the picture. I purchased this for my husband for our 30th wedding anniversary as well as our daughter's upcoming wedding. The pocket pin is absolutely awful, nothing like the picture!
