When it comes down to the product.. I absolutely love it. It looks great. The only issue was the shipping. Which in the end was okay. People at jack and miles corrected it, shipped it with 2 day fast shipping and it came in time for my 2k25 prom. Thank you guys sooo much.

The feathers were flat and looked terrible. The tie has some type of lints all over it that looked like it was worn before. The color was more green than teal, so it didn’t match the suit I was wearing.
Not the color pictured. More of a hunter green. Very short return window. Only 14 days. Tried to return in the 14th day and they never replied. Crappy service all around.
