Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed by November 15  through December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.

Restocking Fee: For returns involving more than two ties, a 10% restocking fee will apply to the cost of each additional tie after the second. This helps cover processing and handling costs. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy!

I bought both the Pete and the Dawson ties. I just returned from an eight day cruise and wore them on the two elegant nights. I received several comments both nights. I was happy spending less money for the two ties than what one Brackish tie cost. A buddy of mine has a Brackish tie and honestly you can’t tell the difference in the quality. If you’re looking for a nice unique bow tie, buy the Jack and Miles tie you won’t be disappointed.

Long story short, decided to support small business, I now regret it. I ordered 13 ties to round out my holiday festivities...plus some future planning. My order was delayed, reached out to the company with spotty results, I eventually request cancellation. For some reason, they still shipped the order. Items come in a nice wooden box...this company used a plastic shipping bag loosely, the items banged together in transit. I originally planned to return 2 due to the delay and finding a couple alternatives but due to damage, i returned 4. It's been over a month and this company has cut off communications with no refund processed.

Store owner replied: Hey James, We really appreciate yoou taking a chance on a small business and truly apologize for the issues you faced with this. We have since changed shipping companies due to the many errors, delays and poor packaging they chose of our ties. We hope that if you liked our products you will give us another chance. We have processed the refund of the four ties please let us know if there is anything else we can do. Again we are so sorry for all the trouble we took a risk to help expand and had some major growing pains as a result.
