I love the tie combo, However, it took almost 7 weeks for it to be delivered, after multiple emails, asking about when it would be delivered… Or if it was going to be delivered
I finally got a response, asking if I wanted express shipping to get it to me… Of course I did. I had already waited six weeks. It still took another week to get it delivered.

Quality is not what I expected for a $50 tie. I'm also hoping that the wrinkles come out because the way it was packaged I feel like it's going to need steamed or ironed to get it to lay straight.

I ordered my set on April 11th. I paid for 4-7 day shipping hoping that my set would be received in plenty of time before an event I planned to attend on May 1st. 4-7 day shipping would have had my order arrive no later than April 18th. I didn’t receive my order until May 2nd, missing my opportunity to wear it for my event. I had to buy something else to wear that fit the theme for the evening. I was very disappointed in the delivery time, even though the quality of the product seems good, I won’t have an opportunity to wear it.

the tie was fine, but the flower lapel pin that came with it, was falling apart, the little flowers were bent and loose.

I notified you folks of this but you guys wanted documentation and photos etc. Wasn't worth the extra time and hassle to do extra work to try and rectify your issue. Shame it is poor quality
