Important: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. However, we offer a Holiday Return Exception: Orders placed by November 15  through December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 14th.

Product did not come as entirely advertised. Product image on the website shows a pocket square with the water lily pattern on the left side. The package received did not come with a pocket square pictured as such. Came with a pocket square that matched the blue tie. I had to spend more money elsewhere to find the exact pattern of the tie to make a pocket square. I feel like I got jipped a bit. Because I really wanted a matching tie and pocket square set. If it wasn't for the tie and pocket square in the image, I wouldn't have purchased this but it is what it is. And unfortunately, I've had to spend more money to correct their mistake.

Was expecting silver accented tie clip and lapel pin to match cuff links, however only the cuff links were silver. Everything else was gold. Pocket square was also not the same print as pictured in the advertised product, and the socks are more green than navy. Quality is lower end but given all products were in the shipment, despite them being incorrect and inconsistent, it gets overall 3 stars. The shipping timeframe really saves the review from being any lower.

The bow tie did not look like the ones on your website. I was so excited to have a judges gift very different from any K have seen given & your representative was so kind and helpful.. Unfortunately, the bow ties are not as expected and I am unable to gift them to our judges. I will be returning my entire order.
